The above Civil Application has been filed seeking expeditious hearing of the above Petition. The ground made out is that the Applicant was not heard at the time when the above Petition was admitted and that during pendency of the above Petition the Applicant has become a senior citizen. Having regard to the aforesaid facts and also considering the fact that the above Petition is of the year 2002, it would be just and proper to expedite the hearing of the above Petition. The above Petition accordingly to be placed for final hearing in the week commencing from 17/08/2015, to be shown at the appropriate place on the final hearing board with liberty to the lgc
