This Contempt Petition is filed making a grievance that the Respondents have breached the order passed by this Court on 21 January 2015 in Writ Petition No. 7237 of 2012 more particularly regarding directions to pay the arrears of the subsistence allowance for a particular period. The Contempt Petition is pending since the year 2015. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner informs that during the pendency of the Contempt Petition the parties held settlement talks on monetary terms and they have settled the matter amongst themselves. 3.

The purpose of the order dated 21 January 2015 was to give monetary benefits to the Petitioner, which the Petitioner states to have akn 1/2

In the light thereof, we do not deem it necessary to continue further in the Contempt jurisdiction. The Contempt Petition is accordingly disposed of.
