The prayer clause (a) is for fixing early date of hearing of Writ Petition No.1986 of 2009. 3] Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the averments made in Civil Application, I 1/2

ii) Office is directed to place the Writ Petition for final hearing in weekly board as per its turn in expedited matters.

iii) Civil Application disposed of accordingly.
