For the reason to be recorded separately, I pass the following order:
ORDER
(i) Criminal Bail Application No.957 of 2022 is allowed;
(ii) The applicants are directed to be released on bail
Ethape 2 10-BA-957-2022.doc in connection with C.R. No.283 of 2021 registered with Bhigwan Police Station on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount;
(iii) The applicant is permitted to furnish provisional cash bail security in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each for a period of eight weeks in lieu of surety.
(iv) The applicant shall report concerned Police Station once in a month on frst Saturday of the month between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. till further order; (v) The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence.
(vi) The applicant shall not approach the witnesses and shall not threaten them in any manner.
(vii) The applicants shall not enter into village Nirgude, Lakadevasti, Taluka Indapur, Dist. Pune for a period of six months.
