The Applicant has sought to cancel pre-arrest bail granted by this Court (Coram: A.S. Gadkari, J.) vide order dated 03/07/2018 to the Applicants in Anticipatory Bail Application No.43 of 2018 and Anticipatory Bail Application No.64 of 2018. 2.

A perusal of the said order reveals that Respondent No.1 Megha 1/2

Megha 65& 66_appln_145& 146_2019.doc was granted interim bail in the year 2018 and that he had deposited an amount of Rs.3,26,00,000/-in the registry of this Court. Considering the said fact as well as the reasons stated in the interim order, Respondent No.1-Niraj Ved and Respondent No.2-Swagat Jagirdar were granted pre-arrest bail.

It is stated that subsequent to the order, investigation has been completed and the charge-sheet has been filed. The Applicant has not made out any ground for cancellation of bail. 4.

Hence, the applications are dismissed.
