Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is in custody from 9th April, 2018. He is a young boy aged about 20 years. Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that application be allowed to be withdrawn and trial may be expedited. It is further submitted that in the event trial do not conclude within six months from today, applicant be granted at liberty to prefer fresh application for bail. Considering the fact that applicant is a young boy aged about 20 years, trial is expedited. In the event trial is not concluded within
