Advocate for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, Suit is settled between the parties. He submits that the main Suit is withdrawn by the petitioner. He submits that he received instruction to withdraw the Writ Petition since nothing survives in the Suit itself. To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for its identification. Same is accepted.

Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
