Mr. Ramamurthy, the learned counsel for the Petitioner having taken instructions from his client who is present in the Court, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 4th July 2019 passed by the Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, CSTM, Mumbai before the Central Administrative Tribunal. Since the application filed by the Petitioner earlier was not disposed of by the CAT on merit, we grant leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty as sought for. Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such.
