Learned AGP has tendered copy of the Notification dated 7 July 2018. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. By the said Notification, the elections, pursuant to the order dated 31 January 2018 of this Court, have been conducted of the Maharashtra State Co-operative Housing Finance Corporation Ltd. and the results have been declared. In the circumstances, learned Counsel for the parties state that both the Writ Petitions are now rendered infructuous. Hence, both the Writ Petitions are disposed of as infructuous.
