Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner is challenging the judgment dated 20.8.2014 passed by Industrial Court at Pune in Complaint (ULP) No.70 of 208 by which the court directed petitioner to forward the respondents name / case to the concerned department of the State Government for considering the grant of permanency to her in accordance with the Government Resolution.

The learned A.G.P. submits that Mr.M.S.Dhere, Assistant Conservator of Forest, Pune is present in court. He submits that he Mohite 1/2

901 wp1749-16 received instruction in writing by letter dated 16.1.2017 that they are forwarding the proposal to the Government as per the impugned judgment dated 20.8.2014. Copy of the said letter is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In view of subsequent development, nothing survives in the present petition. Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
