Learned Counsel for the applicants states that the applicants' grandmother has expired yesterday at Revdanda, Taluka Alibag, District Raigad. He submits that the applicants intend to attend the funeral of their grandmother, which is scheduled today. He submits that the applicants may be protected by an interim order.

In view of the above, the concerned Police i.e. Revdanda Police Station, is directed not to arrest the applicants in connection with C.R. No. 26 of 2017, till the next date.
