By the impugned order, the Sub-Divisional Officer has allowed amendment of the application seeking condonation of delay. It is needless to state that the sufficiency of cause introduced by the amendment will be considered by the Sub-Divisional Officer at the time of deciding application seeking condonation of delay. Therefore, at this stage, it is not necessary to consider merits of the amendment.

Hence, by keeping contentions of the petitioners open that the reasons sought to be incorporated by the amendment are not relevant for adjudication of delay to be agitated at the time of decision on the application seeking condonation of delay, the writ petition stands disposed of.
