Learned Counsel for the parties are of the view that it is in the interest of both parties to resolve their matrimonial disputes amicably. The Applicant, who is present in the Court personally, states that she does not propose to prosecute the present miscellaneous civil application and is willing to discuss a settlement with the Respondent. The Respondent, who is also inclined to consider a mutual settlement of the matrimonial disputes, agrees, as a reciprocal gesture, to withdraw Writ Petition No.5787 of 2015 filed by him challenging the interim relief rejecting his application for custody. The statements are accepted.

In the premises, miscellaneous civil application is dismissed as not pressed. No order as to costs.
