The challenge in this Petition is to the show-cause notice dated 21st March, 2022. The Petitioner herein was called upon to show-cause as to why an action for externment be not taken against him. About ten months have passed. The matter before the Court of Magistrate concerned was at the initial stage. The Petitioner is expected to appear before the Magistrate concerned and show-cause.

In view of the same, the court is not even inclined to issue notice in the matter.

The Petition stands dismissed.
