Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

This application is preferred seeking modification of the condition (v) of the bail order dated 20 December 2022, which reads as under : "(v) The applicant shall remain within the jurisdiction of the PMLA Court i.e. Greater Mumbai till the trial is concluded and shall not leave the area without prior permission of the PMLA Court." 3.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, submits that the applicant now restricts the prayer to modify the condition so as to permit to travel within the State of Maharashtra. It is submitted that the applicant has been reinstated in service and is required to travel beyond the jurisdiction of the PMLA Court to attend to his official duty.

Mr. Shirsat, learned Special PP, fairly submits that a similar dispensation SSP 1/2

916 IA 1181 OF 2024.doc has been granted to the applicant in IA No.1175 of 2024 in BA No.3281 of 2022. 5.

Condition (v) thus, stands modified as under : (v) The applicant shall not leave the State of Maharashtra without the prior permission of the PMLA Court.

The Interim Application stands disposed.
