This civil application is filed for granting stay to the operation, implementation and execution of the impugned judgment and decree. In our view, it would be appropriate if the appeal itself is expedited. Hence, the civil application seeking stay to the impugned order is rejected. Hearing of the appeal is expedited. Liberty is granted to the parties to apply for fixed date of hearing. The Applicant shall clear the arrears of maintenance within four weeks. .

Civil application is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
