On behalf of the Petitioner an affidavit has been filed. In the affidavit in paragraph 2 it has been stated that the authorities have conducted the elections of the society for the period 2016 to 2021 and a new committee of the society has come in to existence. In paragraph 3 the names of the new office bearers of the society have been mentioned. In view of the said supervening event, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petition has turned infructuous as the Petition was filed challenging the order appointing administrator, on account of lack of quorum in so far as the earlier managing committee is concerned. In view of the elections and the new committee coming into power the factual basis has changed. The Petition is accordingly disposed of as having turned infructuous.
