P.C.:- 1) In pursuance of order dated 9th April, 2018, the applicant has deposited a sum of Rs.25,00,000/- in the Registry of this Court. Mr. Shirsat, learned counsel for the applicant fairly conceded to the fact that the applicant could not honour with the commitment of deposit of balance amount and comply with the undertaking dated 17th April, 2018 given by her due to extreme financial difficulties. The record further indicates that the applicant is a woman aged about 65 years.

2) In view thereof and in the opinion of this Court, the custodial interrogation of the applicant for further investigation of the 1/2

3) Interim relief granted by an order dated 9th April, 2018 is hereby confirmed.

However, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer is waived.
