After hearing the learned senior counsel for the Appellant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant relief of bail, the learned counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw present Appeal with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the trial Court, if the trial arising out of CR No.673 of 2021 registered with Indapur Police Station, District Pune and now culminated into Special Case No. 198 of 2021, does not commence within a period of one year from today.

Leave and liberty granted.
