Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, the learned AGP for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent. Perused the prayers made in the main Writ Petition which is at pre-admission stage. Considering the nature of the proposed amendment, the same deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from the date on which this order is uploaded.
