Heard. Pursuant to the praecipe dated 25.08.2021 filed by the Applicant, the matter is placed on board for speaking to the minutes of order dated 25.08.2021. The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that on 25.08.2021 they had specifically given in writing that they wanted to withdraw Interim Application No.1890/2021 which was not on board on that day. He submits that inadvertently, the order dated 25.08.2021 shows the withdrawal of Interim Application No.1889/2021. He submits that same be corrected accordingly.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the praecipe dated 25.08.2021 given by the advocate for the Applicant, the following order is passed:

a.

The order dated 25.08.2021 shall be treated to be passed in Interim Application No.1890/2021 instead of Interim Application No.1889/2021. b.

The order dated 25.08.2021 stands corrected accordingly, which reads thus:
