This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing application seeking leave to appeal challenging Judgment and Order dated 7/11/2015 passed by the learned Special Judge (Anti Corruption), Pune thereby acquitting the accused of the offence punishable under the provisions of Prevention of Corruption Act in Special Case No. 33 of 2014. The delay is of 49 days. For the reasons assigned in paragraphs 2 to 5, the application for condonation of delay deserves to be allowed. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
