We have perused the report submitted to us on behalf of the Sir J.J.Group of Hospitals, Mumbai. The said report has been signed by three Doctors, all of whom are connected with General Medicine Department of the J.J.Group of Hospitals. Amongst whom is Dr. Wiqar Shaikh, Honorary Professor and Chief Medical, Unit - V, Dr.P.S.Tampi, Honorary Associate Professor, Unit - V as also the Professor and Head of the Department of Medicine. The said report indicates that the Petitioner was admitted on 6th

2/2 910-wp.1503.2018.doc July, 2018 and discharged on 12th July, 2018. 2.

The said report concludes by observing to the following effect 'All biochemical investigations are within normal limits and thus discharged". The said report also contemplates the follow-up in the OPD Medicine after 15 to 20 days with CBC, RFT. The said report discloses the medication which the Petitioner has to take for a period of seven days. 3.

Having perused the report, we are satisfied with the treatment accorded to the Petitioner. We hope and trust that the follow-up would be carried out by the Jail authorities and the concerned Doctors at the appropriate time.

It is now therefore not necessary to keep the above Writ Petition pending. The same to accordingly stand disposed of. The report dated 12th July, 2018, is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.
