The learned APP appearing for the Respondent/State Mrs. Sangita D Shinde, on the instructions of PSI Shri R H Salunkhe of the Antop Hill Police Station, Mumbai makes a statement that the Investigating Agency would file an application under Section 173(8) of the Criminal Procedure Code in the Trial Court for further investigation.

In view thereof, we do not deem it appropriate to consider the above Writ Petition for the reliefs sought. We however reserve the right of the Petitioner to seek the said reliefs at the appropriate stage if so advised. In terms of the statement as recorded above we expect the Investigating Agency lgc
