By an order dated 17.2.2016, this Court (Coram: Dr.Shalini Phansalkar-Joshi, J.) had directed the present petitioner to deposit an amount of Rs.6 lakhs within four weeks from 17.2.2016. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inevitable circumstances, he could not deposit the amount within the stipulated time and, therefore, seeks extension of time to deposit the said amount. Time as prayed for is granted. The petitioner shall deposit the amount of Rs.6 lakhs in the Sessions Court on or before 14.6.2016. Application stands disposed of.
