This is an application for restoration of Criminal Application No.24 of 2016 which was dismissed for non removal of office objections. There is a delay of 281 days in filing the present application.

For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice delay is condoned subject to condition of payment of cost of Rs.20,000/- to the High Court Legal Services Committee within a period of two weeks from today. 3.

It is made clear that the payment of cost shall be the condition precedent for restoration of Criminal Application No.24/2016.
