This is an application by original Appellants/Claimants for condoning the delay in carrying out amendment as per Order dated 15/10/2019. Perusal of the Order dated 15/10/2019 shows that Application for bringing legal heirs of Appellant No.1 (deceased Sharad Harilal Shah) was already allowed and legal heirs were permitted to be brought on record. It appears that ministerial act of actually incorporating the names of proposed legal heirs, remained to be done. Therefore, this application is filed. 2.

Considering the fact that this Court had already granted permission to bring legal heirs of Appellant No. 1 on record, on 15/10/2019 and further considering the averments in the application, sufficient cause is made out. The Application is allowed Husen
