In the main writ petition filed by the applicant, there is a challenge to the order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal. By way of this civil application, the applicant is seeking stay of proceedings on the basis of show cause notice/ order dated 14th March 2018 under sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971. A remedy, if any, of the applicant is to adopt appropriate proceeding for challenging the said notice/ order. Considering the scope of the main writ petition, no relief can be granted in this civil application.
