The above Writ Petition is directed against the order rejecting the objection of the Petitioner to the acceptance of the nomination form of the Respondent No.5 for the elections to the Respondent No.6 Bank. Since the above Petition is directed against the acceptance of the nomination form of the Respondent No.5 and considering the stage at which the election program is at present, no case for interference in the writ jurisdiction of this Court is made out. The above Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. However, it would be open for the Petitioner to adopt appropriate proceedings after the elections are over, if the occasion so arises.
