By this application under Order 5 Rule 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure Applicants are seeking permission to serve the Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 and 6 by substitute service by publishing in newspaper.

Considering the submission made by the learned Counsel for Applicant and the averments made in Para 3 of the Civil Application, I am satisfied that Applicant has made out the case for allowing Civil Application. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

(a) Applicant is permitted to serve Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 and 6 by substitute service as per Order 5 Rule 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure by publishing in newspaper within 16 weeks from today.
