By this First Appeal, the Appellants original claimants are challenging the Judgment and Award dated 30.11.2015 passed by MACT, Nashik in MACP No. 680 of 2014 holding that the original Claimants are entitled to a sum of Rs. 22,84,182/- by way of compensation with interest @ 7 % p.a. instead of Rs.60,00,000/- as claimed by the Appellant under Section 166 of the M.V.

Act.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Appellant and the Judgment and Award, I am satisfied that Appellant has made out a case for following order:

a) Admit.
