By this Civil Application under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908, the Applicant wife is seeking transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition bearing No. 89 of 2018 filed by the Respondent in the court of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sahada to the Family Court at Nashik.

The learned counsel Mr. Parab appearing on behalf of the Respondent submits that the Civil Judge, Senior Division at Sahada decided Hindu Marriage Petition No. 89 of 2018 after hearing both sides and passed the judgment dated 12th June 2019. He placed on record the copy of judgment passed by the Sahada Court. The same is Laxmi Sontakke 1/3

3 MCAST 9177-2019 taken on record and marked "X" for identification. He submits that in view of subsequent development nothing survives in the present proceeding.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the subsequent development that Hindu Marriage Petition No. 89 of 2018 finally decided by Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sahada on 12th June, 2019, nothing will survive in the present application.

The Misc. Civil Application stands disposed of as infructuous. 6.

No order as to costs.
