By this application, the applicant seeks permission to go to China and USA from 8th April, 2016 to 15th August, 2016. Learned Counsel for the applicant relied on a letter dated 26th March, 2016 issued by the XLIR, Xavier School of Management, which is on page 15 of the application.

Perused the application. It appears that the applicant is pursuing Global MBA Program in XLRI and has completed the first two semesters. It appears that in pursuing his two year MBA Course, the 1/3

applicant is required to undertake Internship for a period of six weeks at the global Institute and that he has been selected for the same by his Institute to undergo Internship at Shangai, China and to Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio, USA. The applicant has stated that he would be returning from USA on 15th August, 2016.

Considering the aforesaid, the application is allowed and the applicant is permitted to travel to China and U.S.A for his Internship as part of his MBA Course, which he is pursuing in XLIR. 4.

Learned A.P.P requests that the applicant be directed to give his Itinerary.

The applicant shall provide his Itinerary to the Investigating Officer and file an Undertaking in this Court by tomorrow i.e. 5th April, 2016 that he will return to India on or before 20th August, 2016. 6.

It appears that the direction was given to the applicant to report to the Investigating Officer from 7th to 11th March, 2016 vide order dated 3rd 2/3

February, 2016, however, he was unable to report during the said period, as he was appearing for his MBA examination. The condition directing the applicant to report to the Investigating Officer from 7th to 11th March, 2016 was waived vide order dated 10th March, 2016, as the applicant was required to appear for his MBA examination during the said period. 7.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has reported to the Investigating Officer on 1st and 2nd April, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m, pursuant to the order dated 10th March, 2016 passed by this Court.

Application is disposed of as aforesaid.
