Mr. Kadam, the learned counsel for the petitioners states that the impugned caste validity certificates issued in favour of the respondent Nos. 6 and 7 were challenged by petitioner-Sohan Nikalje in writ petition No. 2875 of 2014 and this court had, by the order dated 18th June 2014 quashed and set aside the impugned caste validity certificate issued in favour of the respondent Nos. 6 and 7.

35-2-WP-4075-14.doc We have perused the order in writ petition No. 2875 of 2014. For the reasons recorded in the said order, this writ petition is allowed. Since the impugned caste validity certificates are already set aside in writ petition No. 2875 of 2014, it would not be necessary to quash the impugned caste validity certificate in this writ petition. The order passed in writ petition No. 2875 of 2014 would govern this writ petition.

The writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
