DATED : 25th MARCH, 2022 P.C:- By the present application, the applicant/ appellant seek restoration of the First Appeal which was dismissed in default on account of the non- removal of the office objections in terms of the order passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II) dated 6/1/2022. The Appeal was refused registration since the objections were not removed within the stipulated period in terms of the order dated 6/1/2022.

2/2 14 IA 3592-20.doc The Application for restoration is filed on 18/3/2020 and the Appeal is sought to be restored by stating that due to oversight, the order dated 8/1/2020 was not noticed by the learned Advocate and her clerk, and therefore, the restoration is sought in the interest of justice.
Heard the learned counsel Ms.Kalpana Trivedi for the applicant. She has also served the copy of the application upon the respondents and has filed an affidavit of service to that effect on 2/2/2022.
Today, the matter is called out. None appear for the respondent.
Considering the application and on hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, I deem it fit to allow the same. First Appeal St No.22193/2019 is restored to file, subject to the removal of office objections as notified by the Registrar (Judicial-II) on 6/1/2022 within a further period of four weeks. Upon removal of the office objections, let the Appeal be listed for admission on 26/4/2022.
