The Registry has reported that the learned Advocate for the Appellant has not take appropriate steps to search Respondent No.1. The Appeal is of the year 2004. As it is seen from the office objection, Respondent No.1 is not served. 2.

In this view of the matter, the appellant is directed to take effective steps to serve Respondent No.1 within a period of four seeks from today failing which the Appeal shall stands dismissed without reference to the Court.
