Parties to the appeal have settled dispute and recorded the consent terms reduced to writing dated 25 th November, 2020.

Consent terms are taken on record and marked X-1 for identification. Parties to the appeal admit their signature and contents of the consent terms.

In terms of paragraph No.14 of the consent terms, Respondent No.1 is entitled to withdraw/ receive Rs. 59,000,00/- deposited in the Registry of this Court with the interest accrued thereon. 4.
In terms of Clause No.11 and 13 of the consent terms, the Court receiver stands discharged.
5.
If an application for return of a document produced or exhibited is made, registry shall deal with it, in terms of para 475 of the Civil Manual.

Appellants are entitled to claim refund of Court fees in accordance with the Rules.
7.
Consent decrees be drawn in each appeal accordingly. 8.
Appeals and the Civil Applications therein, are disposed of accordingly.
