By this application, the applicant seeks permission to carry out the amendment in Writ Petition No.1569 of 2022 by deleting the name of original petitioner, who has expired, and replacing the same with the name of present applicant and for consequential amendments in the body of petition.

It is is not disputed that the original petitioner has expired on 24th November 2022 leaving behind the present applicant as her heir and legal representative. By the aforesaid writ petition, the original petitioner has sought a direction to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to form an independent committee of medical experts to inquire into the medical treatment which was given to the petitioner by the respondent No. 3 and 9 and to register the FIR against the respondent Nos.3 to 9 for medical negligence. 4.

Considering the reliefs sought in the aforesaid writ petition and for the reasons stated in the interim application, the interim application is allowed. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. The copy of amended petition be served on the respondents before the next date. Interim application stands disposed of.
