This application has been filed to bring on record the surviving legal heirs of the original petitionerSatayya Kallaya Swami. 3.

It is submitted that the original petitioner expired on 10th January, 2019 during pendency of the related writ petition i.e. Writ Petition No.8727 of 2017. In paragraph No.2 of the civil application it is stated that the following are the surviving legal heirs of the original petitioner:-

Smt. Anupama Satayya Swami Widow of Satayya K. Swami B.

Shri. Shivling Satayya Swami Son of Satayya K. Swami C.

Mrs. Pushpa Basavaraj Hiremath, Married daughter of Satayya K. Swami D.

Shri Shivanand Satayya Swami Son of Satayya K. Swami E.

Mrs.Pooja Dhondiram Jangam Married Daughter of Satayya K. Swami 4.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and on due consideration, prayer for substitution is allowed. 5.

Let the legal heirs of the original petitioner as above be substituted as petitioner Nos.1A to 1E in the related writ petition.

Necessary amendments be carried out within two weeks.

Civil Application is disposed of.
