The application is filed through Jail for release on account of completion of the sentence of life imprisonment. 2.

Mr.Saste, learned APP placed on record the report of the Prison Officer and In-charge Public Relation Officer of the Prison Atpadi, District-Sangli to Desk Officer, Home Department, State of Maharashtra. The report shows that the applicant has completed the sentence and he has been released from Open Prison on 02nd February 2019. The report is taken on record. 3.
