Tahsildar of Madha is present in person. It has been stated by the learned AGP and also by the Tahsildar that the structure in question has already been demolished on 16th May, 2016 in presence of the petitioner himself. We find that though there is some delay in complying our order, but the delay has been satisfactorily explained.

Keeping in view, contempt proceedings are dropped. Contempt petition is disposed off.
