On hearing the parties, at this stage, we are finally disposing off the petition.

Considering the averments made and the documents placed on record, including e-ADMIT CARD, issued by Union Public Service Commission, (Name of the Petitioner as Ruturaj Kotwal, father's name Jayant Kotwal) and Central Board of Secondary Education (Ruturaj Kotwal, Mother's/Father's/Guardian's Name Sumitra Kotwal/Jayant Kotwal), we see no case to deny the Petitioner an interview call. The Petitioner has already received an Interview Card, but not interviewed as scheduled earlier. Now the interview is scheduled to be held on 13 April 2017. Therefore, the petition is disposed of in terms of prayer clause-(b), which reads as under :-

WP 3989-17.doc "(b) On perusal of the same this Hon'ble Court by an appropriate writ, order and or directions be pleased to direct Respondent No.2 to held the interview of the Petitioner on 13 April 2017 for NDA Entrance Examination 2016 passed by the Petitioner and consider his name for final selection by considering the name "Kotwal Ruturaj Jayant" and "Ruturaj Kotwal" as of one and the same person by condoning the inadvertent mistake made by the Petitioner of writing his name in the application form for examination as "Ruturaj Kotwal" instead of "Kotwal Ruturaj Jayant" as mentioned in his SSC Board Certificate."

No order as to costs.
