2. The Appellant-wife has challenged the order dated 28 December 2009 passed by the Family Court No.2, Mumbai allowing the petition filed by the Respondent -husband and granting the decree of divorce.

3. The learned Counsel for the Respondent states that the daughter is now major and the daughter is now nominee of the flat. According to the Respondent, the Appellant has a separate residence of her own.

4. Stand over to 7 December 2022.

5. To be listed under the caption "For Dismissal". If none appears for the Appellant on the next date, it will be presumed that the Appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal and the Court will consider passing appropriate order.

Even today appellant is absent.
