1. By this petition, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has sought to challenge the order dated 15 th February, 2016 passed by the Sessions Court whereby the Court refused time to the present petitioner to conduct the case through the prosecutor appointed by the CBI.
2. Today when the matter is called, Mr. Kumbhakoni, the learned Advocate General, states that the notification dated 6 th November, 2015 is being withdrawn by the State. The learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the petitioner states that since the notification dated 6 th November, 2015, copy of which is at Exhibit C is being withdrawn, he has instructions not to press the petition. In view of the statement the petition is now infructuous and is disposed of. Interim orders if any stand vacated.
