The Applicant /First Informant has sought cancellation of bail granted to Respondent No.1 by this Court vide order dated 20/10/2022. Respondent No.1 was granted pre-arrest bail in view of the understanding arrived at between the parties that Respondent No.1 shall repay to the Investors the amount of Rs.2,95,00,000/- as set out in paragraph 2a of schedule of payment.

The First Informant has filed this application for cancellation of bail on the ground that the Respondent No.1 has not Megha 1/2

26_ia_1175_2023.odt adhered to the said schedule. Learned counsel for Respondent No.1 today has filed an affidavit, wherein he has given fresh schedule of payment, which is as under:- Sr. No.

Learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application in view of the fresh undertaking given by Respondent No.1. 4.

Hence, the application stands disposed of.
