Both the Counsel submits that in view of subsequent development i.e. Regular Civil Suit Nos. 159 of 2015 and 160 of 2015 finally decided by Civil Judge, Senior Division, Malegaon on 09.10.2015 nothing survive in these petitions.

To that effect, they placed on record the photo copies of judgment and decree dated 09.10.2015 in Sneha Chavan 1/2

In view of subsequent development, nothing survive in both the Writ Petition.

Hence, Writ Petitions as well as Civil Applications stand dismissed as infructuous.
