This interim application seeks clarification of order dated 13th February, 2017 passed in Cross Objections (St) No. 27202 of 2001 in First Appeal No. 507 of 2000.

Heard Mr. Dabke, learned Additional Government Pleader and Mr. Pratap Patil, learned counsel for the Respondents. 3.

It is clarified that vide order dated 13th February, 2017, this Court enhanced the compensation @ 11.60 per sq. mtr.. Inadvertently, in paragraph 8 of the order, there is a typographical error, stating that enhanced compensation was

Interim application is allowed and disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
