This is an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent No.2 by District Judge -5 and Additional Sessions Judge,Thane by its dated 15.3.2016 in ABA No.573 of 2016.

The learned APP on instructions submitted that during the pendency of the present application after completion of investigation the police have submitted charge sheet on 10.2.2017.

In view of the decision of this Court in the case of Priyanka Pakvasa vs. Sameer Pakvasa and anr. in Criminal Application No.723/2014 in ABA No.1785/2014 dated 25.1.2016 the present application for cancellation of bail on merits after filing of charge sheet does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
