Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant. Applicant is the Writ Petitioner in the Writ Petition which is disposed of by order dated 21st January, 2015. While disposing of the Petition, a categorical statement made by the learned counsel representing the Applicant in Civil Application No.1984 of 2014 has been recorded in paragraph 4 of the order. The statement is that notwithstanding the statements made in the Civil Application and in particular in paragraphs 11 and 12, information has been furnished to the said Applicant on the basis of an application dated 28th August, 2012.

The statements made in the Civil Application No.1984 of 2014 were before the Court when the Writ Petition was disposed of. In view of what is stated by the counsel for the Applicant in the said application recorded in paragraph 4 of the order dated 21st January, 2015, this Court has not taken any action.

The stand taken by the said Applicant in the Civil Application has been fairly corrected by the Applicant before this Court on 21st January, 2015.

Hence, no case is made out for initiating any action against the Applicant in Civil Application No.1984 of 2014. 5.

Application is rejected.
