Salunkhe attached to Kurar Police Station, Mumbai, submitted that, the trial of Special Case No. 28 of 2019 has already been concluded and the Petitioner has been acquitted from all the charges framed against him. She produced on record a photocopy of Judgment and Order dated 7th September 2021 passed by the learned Special Judge, Borivali Division, Dindoshi, Goregaon, Mumbai.
